Our assessments include: annual budget reviews; guest satisfaction surveys; contract review and compliance; revenue/fee calculations; cash management and distributions; real estate tax assessment review and challenges; and insurance renewals and claims monitoring. Periodically, we advise management and ownership on opportunities to improve the project’s profitability through increased revenues and reduced expenses as well as capital expenditures. Additionally, SHG performs various financial analyses and presents refinancing and sale opportunities to ownership as appropriate.
